Experienced marketing and innovation manager who will lead digital guest innovation delivery, focused on enriching every moment of the guest experience to increase new guest acquisition and the frequency of visits through enabling “unreasonable hospitality”, crafting meaningful touchpoints in and out of store, and creating a friction-less guest experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
•Develop guest insights to identify new experiences and technology innovations
•Business case development for all digital guest experience use cases
•Business brief development, creative brief input, technical requirements document ownership
•Marketing leadership, execution and project management of all digital guest experience and technology initiatives
•Partnership with Operations team to drive technology adoption and measure success.
•Measurement & optimization
•Support both Dave & Buster’s / Main Event brands

Critical Project Dependencies:
•Marketing delivery and execution of digital guest innovation use cases that are projected to deliver cumulative gross revenue of $115M over 5 years
•Development, execution and monitoring of 70+ digital guest innovation use cases
•Business brief development, creative brief input, technical requirements document ownership
•Identification of new initiatives through customer insights
•Successful launch and execution in stores
•Performance monitoring and socialization

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS
•Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Marketing or related field.
•Minimum of 5 years experience designing, building, and successfully launching new digital innovations
•Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, accept / makes changes due to constructive feedback and must be a team player.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Must be self-motivated and a self-starter; quick learner for a multifaceted business and able to take initiative.
•Must possess strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced corporate environment, with ability to handle deadlines.
•Must be solution oriented in order to respond to the ever-changing needs of the business.
•Creativity in maximizing limited resources will be instrumental to your success.
•A hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic will also be essential.

•Non-traditional office work environment. We have games in the lobby, a billiard table in the break room, and we get everyone together for “Parties on the Patio” where we relax and catch up over Ice cold “refreshments”.
