Customer Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager

Experienced guest retention marketer with loyalty program and CRM marketing experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing D&B Loyalty Program through targeted offers and journeys to achieve revenue goals, as well as leading the strategy and development of the Main Event loyalty program.

•Create segmented offers and guest journeys to increase guest visits and lifetime value
•Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights and use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
•Monitor performance of offers and create test and learn plans
•Lead in-store acquisition efforts to grow member base
•Manage loyalty program roadmaps, launches, development and data for both Dave & Buster's and Main Event
Critical Project Dependencies:
•Delivery of FY23 loyalty plan to drive $7.3M in revenue.
•Creation and execution of all Loyalty promotions (2+ per month)
•New journey development (3-5 per month)
•In-store employee contest execution to grow member acquisition (3 per year)
•Outreach and support for all loyalty VIP support (~ 2 per week)
•D&B Rewards Loyalty Program redesign
•ME Loyalty Program design
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS
•Bachelor’s degree required
•Minimum of 5 years of experience managing loyalty/ CRM programs
•Email, SMS and Push marketing experience
•Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP products
•Strong analytic skills and multi-tasking abilities
•Knowledge or experience with HTML
•Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, accept / makes changes due to constructive feedback and must be a team player.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Must be self-motivated and a self-starter; quick learner for a multifaceted business and able to take initiative.
•Must possess strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced corporate environment, with ability to handle deadlines.
•Must be solution oriented in order to respond to the ever-changing needs of the business.
•Creativity in maximizing limited resources will be instrumental to your success.
•A hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic will also be essential.
