As the Talent Coordinator/Local Recruiter & Trainer, you will play an integral part in driving the high-volume recruitment of a wide range of hourly positions within our restaurant. From Prep, Line Cook, Dishwasher, Server, to Bartender, and SEA, you will support operations recruiting by leading sourcing efforts, overseeing college and hourly recruiting, and providing support to Management by performing the following duties.

Day in the life…
Review and screen a high volume of hourly candidates in the Applicant Tracking System and create a list to be phone screened.
Call a high volume of hourly candidates to conduct Phone Screen interviews (up to 20 a day) & schedule/ conduct 1st round in-person interviews
Determine staffing needs by reviewing Par Levels and communicating with restaurant managers.
Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify hourly candidates such as resume boards, online social media (Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tok), traditional networking and referrals.
System Support: OnBase, E-verify, EMC, ServSafe, Kronos, Kenexa, Moment Snap, R&R, Fun Hub, and Store Musts
Develop strong relationships with local outreach programs, colleges, culinary schools, and work source centers (these sources require on-going communication and partnership).
Attend job fairs in local area along with Restaurant Managers as needed.
Maintain diversity initiatives.
Identify opportunities within the overall recruiting process and provides solutions.
Provide training and ongoing support for Senior Managers.
Facilitate new hire orientation, training, & food safety classes.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS
Undergraduate degree preferred with 2-4 years of recruiting experience or a combination of experience and education.
Individual must have excellent communication and organization skills.
Must possess the ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making.
Must have accountability for high personal and professional standards of conduct.
Effective verbal and written communicator.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Have demonstrated a proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems and resume boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Google, etc. )
Proven ability to source and network using current techniques and tools including social media sites (Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, etc.
Demonstrated ability to manage the candidate and hiring manager relationship.
