SUMMARY
Ensure business processes are followed for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing and shipping materials, supplies and equipment by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Coordination of Operation Supplies Distribution
•Contract Price List Maintenance
•Audit Contract Pricing with distributor order guides
•New item setup and communication to distributors; phase in & phase out information
•Manage distributor when discontinuing items
•Manage day-to-day distribution activities

Coordination of Third Party Logistics (3PL) Shipments
•Track inbound container shipments and process receiving per shipment
•Track outbound store shipments and reconcile with orders weekly
•Track domestic freight shipments and reconcile weekly

Coordination of New Store Openings
•Schedule and track shipments of operating supplies and equipment to support new store openings

Forecast Management support to ensure adequate supply of goods in alignment with demand forecasts for Dine In, To Go, and Special Events.

Assist with operating supplies and equipment purchase volume reporting.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two or more years of relevant experience to essential duties and responsibilities
Bachelor or Associates degree preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.


REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
